What is your return policy?
Our customers' satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you would like to return an item(s) for any reason, please email us or call us at 616-868-9730 and request a Return Merchandise Authroization (RMA) number.
What is your shipping policy?
All sales are FOB origin. This means the buyer is responsible for any and all shipping costs, and is responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged goods. Shipping will be calculated at checkout. For shipping of custom orders, please contact us.
How do I order a custom part that's not on the online store?
In most cases, GLIDE is more than happy to accomodate custom orders. Please contact us to let us know what you're looking for.
