Back in August I called you from Barrow Alaska regarding my dripless shaft packing leaking and needing to be changed. As the owner and captain of our research vessel, I was concerned as to how to replace the dripping seal. You explained to me how easy it was to replace the seal and you were correct. With your instructions, the replacement went very smooth and quick.
I am impressed as to how simple and effective the entire unit is and how well it has worked over the past six years. I installed two similar units on our second vessel and they are working great. We work in shallow water that has a very high sediment content. I feel getting six years of service out of one seal is good.
