GLIDE Bearings and Seal Systems (MSSB LLC) warrants its marine products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service when installed and used in its designed marine application.
This warranty shall be for the term up to four years from the date of the initial sale when used in a non-commercial marine application.
This warranty does not apply to any products that have been damaged for any reason after leaving the control of
GLIDE (MSSB LLC), including but not limited to damage caused by misuse, abuse, modification, negligence, accident, installation, excessive temperature or severe motoring conditions (excessive overloading resulting in hull flex/twisting), alteration or repaired in any form. During this warranty term, if an item is found to be defective in material or workmanship, it will be replaced or repaired at no charge, when returned with product label in-tact and prior GLIDE Marine Products (RMA) approval. Damage incurred during removal or return shipping is not covered by the return warranty. Proof of purchase must accompany the return.
GLIDE (MSSB LLC), in no event, will be held liable to buyer or to any other persons or party for incidental, consequential, special or indirect damages, lost profits or losses of buyer or any other party relating to GLIDE (MSSB LLC),.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long implied warranty lasts or do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. The above limitations may not apply to you.
***PLEASE NOTE*** ALL GLIDE SHAFT SEALS MUST BE INSTALLED WITH THE PROVIDED INSTALL TOOL IN ORDER TO BE COVERED UNDER OUR 5-YEAR WARRANTY.
